The Challenge: Fragmented Systems Across Admissions, Fees, and Classrooms
Like most independent schools, this institution was running admissions, fee collection, attendance, and gradebooks as separate, mostly manual processes — spreadsheets for finance, registers for attendance, and no consistent way for parents to see their child's progress.
The Solution: A Unified LMS + School ERP
We deployed a combined Learning Management + ERP system covering:
- Academics: Course structure, attendance, and gradebook in one place.
- Administration: Admissions workflow, fee collection and tracking, and staff/HR records.
- Parent Portal: Real-time visibility into attendance, grades, and fee status without calling the school office.
The Result
Attendance, fees, and grades moved off paper and spreadsheets into one admin-managed system, with parents able to self-serve information that previously required a phone call to the front office.
